A beautiful dwelling with medieval origins, remodelled during the Renaissance. It once belonged to Gustave Papet, doctor and friend of George Sand. She set several scenes of her novel Les Beaux Messieurs de Bois Doré (The Fine Gentlemen from Bois Doré) here.
